Program includes:

  • Individualized weekly cardio plan

  • Nutritional guidance as it pertains to pre-workout, post-workout, and in-training/in-racing recommendations

  • Weekly check-ins to discuss, progress and adapt workouts for the upcoming week

  • Remote gait analysis, running form assessment, and swim assessments paired with drills to improve each area -Reassessments every 3 months

Not for the weak of heart, this comprehensive program is for those athletes that are fully committed to reaching their untapped potential! It is designed to correct strength imbalances and form inefficiencies en route to developing endurance and speed.​ Train like a champion - It's all in the work and state of mind!
