sTRIve training methods are built on the foundation of consistency and progression. As with any endurance feat, many factors influence consistency, including staying injury free, maintaining motivation and avoiding overtraining.
sTRIve methodically progresses individuals through four main training block phases: PReparation, The Inferno, The "X" Factor, and Champ Camp. Throughout the phases, fitness components are revisited to maintain forward progression in all areas of fitness.
Individualized recovery periods are also strategically incorporated throughout the program.
