The 30-minute virtual sessions include:

  • Warm-up and cool down recommendations

  • Individualized exercises that offer variety

  • Accountability from your coach

  • Live cueing to ensure proper form

  • Progress tracking from session to session

60-minute Virtual

Recommended for individuals that need accountability and motivation for their training. Sessions are individualized based on client's current health, fitness, goals, and access to equipment. Sessions are strategically incorporated into a greater program.

The 60-minute virtual sessions include:

  • Individualized exercises that offer variety

  • Accountability from your coach

  • Live cueing to ensure proper form

Monthly Programming

Recommended for highly motivated individuals who have prior strength training experience. The monthly programming is tailored toward the individual's current health, fitness, goals, and access to equipment.

The monthly programming includes:

  • Warm-up and cool-down recommendations

  • Prehab exercises for injury prevention

  • Strength workouts provided on a weekly basis

  • Cardio suggestions

  • Adjustments made to program on a weekly basis to account for life and career disruptions to training, progressions in fitness, etc

  • Weekly email/phone check-ins
